It is based on 2 factors: the amount of money user have in the end and total amount of volume money/currency they have “trade” with others in that circle.

Each user 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 was given 1,000 Moral Fair Coin at the beginning of the 1st circle.
And the default moral/reputation level is 1.

At the end of the circle, let’s say after 1 years.
User 1 have balance is 1020 Moral Fair Coin, and total amount of money trade is 1008 Moral Fair Coin.

User 2 have balance is 106 Moral Fair Coin, and total amount of money trade is 2056 Moral Fair Coin.

User 3 have balance is 1480 Moral Fair Coin, and total amount of money trade is 500 Moral Fair Coin.

All the central banks around the world, the top administrators of all current national government are just too stupid, they do not have any common sense at all.

What is the point of the CBDCs central bank digital currencies while it exactly the same with the current fiat currencies but just with another name ?!
Here I mean in term of all function and features.
No, it is an downgrade because people cannot exchange that CBDCs for real money paper. Which mean it is not a evolution but a devolution !

Sorry folks, that is the truth of life !
There is no wonder world in chaos mode because of useless eaters leaders !
They do not even understand what is evolution vs devolution meaning !

The intelligent smart people like me will create a new unique currency the super fiat currency border protection currency.
In both form of digital only, physical only and mix.

Add some great features that people love then it will works like wonder !

But how to make it even more popular?
Or another question is how to make people withdraw money from banking system to buy the new super fiat currency.

The truth is no any bank can survive if people withdrawal all the money deposit.

It is all about “making money”.
At the moment, people will receive about 5% to less than 10% interest rate per year in many banks.

Beside the feature of becoming “border protection” currency, which forces all export import companies must obtain it, there must be a new features to make normal people have reason to buy it.

So it is very possible and doable for the new super fiat currency to have a new feature of “making money” as well.

All the current banks want as much money as possible from all kind of entities.
People will received low rate of 5%-10% per year.

It is extremely easy for a the new super fiat currency become popular because you can create endless new currency out of nowhere because they are not designed for buy/sell goods services.

There are many strategies such as:
– Set minimum rate 1:1 to 1:2 or flexible with promise of minimum rate of 1:1.

– Have “lucky” feature, so people can receive the “blessing”/more money such as in birthday or any kind of festival, etc.

– Even treat every single notes as an lottery number. But here people do not lost any money but only gain, and can be used forever.
The rate could be from 100% to 10,000% or even more.

Overall, just make it like a real “hope” product.

But only the real military with human moral can handle and manage this kind of system because the MUST rule is do not use money to invest in any other things but only accept deposit/withdrawal.

That is the overall idea, vision from me.
Each nation have it own unique situation and society system thus there is no any fixed formula guaranteed working one for all but they must each top entities in each nation must design the suitable one given their citizens mindset thinking and the situation.

Again the new super fiat currency do not seek to replace the current national currencies but to grab some big portion from the current banking system and become a real competitor, important factor in society life.

If you want a big change, a new innovation in the current outdated world economy financial system then the best strategy must be: abolish all the current tariff tax, replace it with new super fiat currency issued by the national military.

Let’s call that super fiat currency as the “border currency” or “protection currency”.

The current global conflict is beyond nations because it is about ideology and many secret groups/societies.
Thus a big change in current world economy financial system are needed for many purpose such as:
– Remove the corruption, bad entities as much as possible.
– Fairer economy competition between groups, companies, corporations, nations.
– Better life, more interesting society for the public citizens.

The current trade rule between people, nations: only fiat currency such as USD, Euro, Yuan, Yen, Won, Rupee, etc.
There is only 1 “tool”.

New trade rule: national fiat currency + border/protection currency.
There are 2 “tools”.

In ancient time in many old dynasties, the power was sharing in an equal way between 2 groups: intelligence heroes and the strength/power heroes.

But now that is no longer the case because the truth is most of current big decision that have direct influence in this society has been made by the intelligence heroes only. The strength/power heroes have very little power in this modern peace economy society (because people no longer want war).

Is that possible for the military issue new super fiat currency call as border/protection currency?
Yes very easy because it cannot be used for real actual buy/sell/trade goods services thus it is a currency but not an actual currency.

What is the point of having tariff tax when the cost added to the customers for only more unfair competitions between corporations and nations.
You should not have that.

And there is no way to have a fair perfect fiat currency between nations if there is only one single factor, just like each location have it own strength own ideology.
You cannot tell people who live in cold climate using goods in hot climate, that is just does not fair does not make sense just like not all people like gold, silver, etc.

Why I called is as a super fiat currency?
Because since it cannot be used for actual trade but people from all nations still MUST to have/obtain it for international trading.
Not only that, you can make that super fiat currency to become even stronger by forces people to use it for international travel, for migration application/requirement, etc. almost all things that do not actual buy/sell/trade goods, services.

From the standpoint of a King of the Kings, I think it is the return power to the strength heroes in the society. This is a very important tool to reduce the corruption in this dying society and make the society more fair, more balance. The intelligence heroes no longer have much power but now must think twice before act !

You will have more dynamic economy because the rich people/corporation now must either upgrade their products services or will receive much higher producing cost than the poor one.

The list of benefits are endless, it is just waste of time for me to describe more but let you have your own judgement.

This new super fiat currency can come at both format of digital and physical without any restriction before it is not an actual currency but have power and ability more than any kind of natural resources.

The current biggest flaw of world trade between nations is not the financial system but it is “zero/no official goods transportation protection fees”.

Why?
Because the tariff tax of import goods in the “peace” time vs the “war” time do not change at all.

Which mean the military from all nation do get the money for their works for their job !

And without the protection of the military, all the goods would not have able to transfer to the destination in safe way because you will see a lot of “criminal, bandit” group for sure just like the ancient times.

Another example you can see is that the goods from big corporations vs the goods from small companies are in the same category: they both paid the same amount of import/tariff “tax”, which is very unfair.

In life, the big rich people always must spend/pay big amount for protection than the poor one.
And that common sense rule just do not apply at the current international trade system at all.

2 that great points tell you that: there is zero goods transportation protection fees at the moment, which is a big flaw.

That is the reason why many national government have their budget deficit, that is why the gap between the poor vs rich grow bigger because there is no real fair competition in the economy at all.
A big corporation will pay less cost for their wholesale than the small corporations, very unfair.

So if national government want to either increase their domestic products producers and/or remove the trade deficit, have the positive budget balance then they MUST fix the flaw/loophole of zero goods transportation protection fees (at least at the international system).

How to fix?
There are 2 choices:
– Option 1: introduce/add the goods transportation protection fees (could be either international trade and/or domestic trade as well) with the local currency as the payment.

– Option 2: install/have a new fiat currency that issued by the military group call as the “protection currency”. And that currency only be used for protections of all kinds but not allowed to buy/sell any goods.
All companies must buy that new “protection currency” in order to export/import goods.

In both options, the national military group is the one who set the protections fees (not the stupid useless civilian administrators).
Thus you will see a very dynamic new trade system that is better fairer for all.

Of course each nation, each national government have their own view about which option is “suitable” for their nation, thus I want care.

As the current massive wars in many place on Earth at the moment, it is very easy to introduce, to explain that new fees to the public citizens.

I want to register that intellectual property with all top neutral entities, referee groups.

Even though it may not necessary but I still need to write, publish this article to avoid all the stupid stuffs and bad actors.

That will become new real society revolution especially in the world economy financial system.
It will bring the international trade become more fair and balance between nations, groups.

I do not know what is current rule, is that 50 years or 70 years or something around that number, I do not care.

I just want to say is that I am not going to use/have any middle man or agent, also no inherit allowed including any of my relative family member.
Thus if any nation or military group want to obtain the permission then the only way is contact me directly in real physical person.

I have share my real name, phone number and my personal info already, so I won’t repeat it in this post.

I will release my new creation could be either in physical paper and/or digital format within the next 50 hours.

Of course I would love to go to a big neutral place such as international airport for all of you to come, to witness, to verify for my works but since I do not have any money left thus that plan is off.

But everything can change, even this releasing plan could off the table if I feel/think unnecessary since there is zero trust, zero financial support from the rest of this society/civilization to me !
