To all nations, groups who are still questioning about the requirement or condition (from top referee group) in order to receive the “green light” to print endless national fiat money paper without any kind of restriction, the answer is “when the power balance is established between the intelligent heroes vs the strength power heroes in economy matter”.

It is not about defeat the deep state, it is not about catch the “bad guys” but it is only about the power balance in economy matter.

From normal view: it is very hard for either Russia or Ukraine to accept their defeat so the most likely outcome is there will be a new nation beings born in the war zone conflict locations in between the Ukraine and Russia.

But there still a small chance there will be public referendum in current conflict zone and that public vote is about what people want to choose from “part of Ukraine” or “part of Russia”.

If a new nation beings born then that nation will must be unique and have some features like “dual language officially” or any other things.

The truth is all the COVID pandemic or Ukraine war is just the public display for low level beings entities only.Mortal humans beings like all the current players in all governments just cannot solve the current world conflicts because they are super complicated and contain all kind of subject in life especially 2 matters: human development evolution and environment, natural resources.

And in each that category, there are also other small problem as well such as in human development evolution: you have “personal individual” and “group, society”.

With the environment, natural resources: you have natural Gods, super deities and the global financial system and battle about natural resources between mortal humans group.

Overall it is super complicated with a lot of issues.

Let’s take a look and analyze the situation:
– After the COVID pandemic, you have the Ukraine war.

When the Ukraine war appear the COVID issue was “reduced” in many nations but still exist !

Based on the world development and my understanding then after the Ukraine war, you will have war in Africa, Asia !

Why?
Because that is the way is it !
If COVID pandemic affect all nation then the Ukraine war only affect the white race.
Why the white race first?
Because they do not have rich natural resources like the Africa and Asia (the black race and yellow race).

But that does not mean the Africa and Asia can escape the world chaos.
They are just be given some extra time only !
But by who?

By top secret controllers group.
That group in my opinion have some kind of super power, super ability and make decision based on certain things that beyond all normal human beings can understand and comprehend !

All the current global war only end either you found the working solution that get accepted by that group or natural mega disaster appear that cause many casualties like the many ancient floods in old book.

As I have said from the very beginning, I have enough power and abilities to solve the current world conflict.

Do you know why I have not yet reveal everything and show my true power yet?
Because I did not receive enough karma and connection from the rest of this civilization (I have not received the amount money I am looking for or any direct request from any official government authorities)!

Not only that I got attacked by some corrupt beings entities both online and offline, both direct and indirect way. Thus interrupt my personal mood and personal energy field.

Without my vision, my strategy, you guys cannot end the current world conflict in peace !

I am very confident about that statement !

If there is a competition with big reward prize then I would probably compete if it was few years ago when I still motivated.

Since the appear of currency (such as gold, silver, bronze long time ago) to the current money paper, the number society issue of any nation is the “money addicted” disease.

Many people are chasing for money without care anything about the law or behavior because they think money can buy everything including the government officer.

The truth is money cannot buy everything, they can only buy “low level” products services, money cannot buy happiness, money cannot buy moral, money cannot buy behavior, money cannot buy intelligence, money cannot buy talent, money cannot buy the future, etc.

How to defeat the “money addicted” disease?

Step 1: You must create a new nonprofit special currency.

Step 2: Find the specific niche/market that the current fiat money cannot offer.

Step 3: Design the system from management to issue the new special currency.

Step 4: Introduce, promote the new currency to the society.

1. It is very easy to create new worthless currency either via digital form and/or paper note.
So not worth to talk here.

2. What specific market the current fiat money cannot offer?
It is the future in hard moment such as in middle of the big earthquake like the Turkey Syria recently, like the war in Ukraine Russia, like the COVID pandemic or natural disaster, etc.

When in that extremely difficult condition, all the current fiat money are useless/worthless because there is no seller because the society/nation is gone/dead !

So it is very possible to create a new product called as “future insurance” that only be used with the new nonprofit currency.

What more market?
Well charity, donation, volunteer work or any good society contribution.
But the special currency issuer must give it random and based on the “quality” of that acts.

3. When come to the design system then you can have both digital and paper form.
With the digital you can have 2 tier:
– Tier 1: special currency obtained by own individual (not allow to send/share/sell with anyone).
– Tier 2: normal nonprofit currency can be obtained via various way.

So in hard condition, the priority number to give help/assist will be specific currency Tier 1 to specific Tier 2 to random.

Of you people can using fiat money paper to exchange for tier 2 specific currency.
But with tier 1 special currency, the people can only obtain via their own talent, own real life contribution to the society through their works, their act.

The special money paper will be the same.
The new tier 1 will receive/have the real owner name on each special notes.

While with the normal tier 2, there won’t be any specific symbol.

Then from then you can have a lot of new features, new project to encourage people to live better, live with more motivation, objective, etc.

In order to make it work globally, then you total number of new nonprofit currency must be from 1 to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (maximum), based on current world geography.

4. The introduction of the new nonprofit special currency will be very easy, not worth to mention.

The world in total chaos mode because of the financial system.

Most people do not fully understand what is really going on, they just do not have that kind of knowledge since no any school teach them about that.

Now most nations are fighting for the “printing money” permission and many of them are still in favour of natural resources such as gold, silver, oil, gas, etc.
But that kind of thinking are outdated from a low level people.

Before talking about “printing money” conflict, people need to understand all the factors related to money in the society.

There are 3 features that related to the money:
- Printing, Issuing.
- Storing, Keeping.
- Using.

+ Who using the money?
The people and company, there is not much problem in this group.

+ Who printing, issuing the money?
The Governments in general but with some secret handled by the referee at the top international level to make sure the fairness and no nations can “cheat”.

Many nations are fighting over this issue.
But they are not yet found any person solution because they have completely forgot the group “storing, keeping” money.

+ Who storing, keeping the money?
The banks and the banking industry in general.
If you go deep and investigate the banking industry, you will see a lot of things are too wrong and unfair.

Not all banks are equal but why the government have a same amount of “money insurance” amount such as 250,000 USD in the United States, 85,000 GBP in the United Kingdom, 100,000 CAD in Canada, etc.


Because of the so called “banking license” exist.

All the banks are very easy to replace, even the monkey can do that job.
The most important when coming down to banking is the “trust”.

But that do not really exist nowadays when many banks are handling the money wrong by giving their money to their friends, partners, etc.


From the stand point of many people who send money into their bank, what they care about the most?
Safety for their money.

But when all banks have same amount of “money insurance” at fixed money from the government, it just not fair.

Thus there must be a big reform in the banking industry (the storing, keeping money business).

That is not an option but rather than a compulsory action to make sure the banking industry are fair, equal, transparency in the society.

Then the “printing/issuing money” problem can be discussed.

Because even if you have a perfect solution for the “printing/issuing money” between nation, it means absolutely nothing if there is still a big issue in the banking industry like at the moment.
