Biggest Flaw Of Current Society System Is Only Reward Intelligent People, Not Value Strength People

The biggest flaw of the current modern society system is only rewarding the intelligent people group, do not reward/value the strength power group.
Here what I mean is in term of money, economy matter.

Most people can only get job, education degree, make money if they have certain level of “intelligence”.

While the strength power people group are often the “criminal” since they do not want to follow, learn, remember the boring knowledge of the stupid education system. It is because of their character since their birth (which nobody can fix but only themselves).

Why the hex the top leaders are the one who decide how the money flow, where the money go in this current outdated society system ?
It is just a big flaw !

In order for the current society system become better, more balance, you must have a new additional system that rewarding the strength power people group (via real money) ! There is no any other option !

Why ?
Because that is the natural rule of living !
Just like you have cold weather and hot weather.
If you only accept either only cold or hot weather then the system will burst 100%.

But due to the fact that there is too much corruption at the top of the current civilian group, thus only either the real military group or the divine forces can make that become happen.

Because the corrupt civilian group leader never want that new power strength system exist for their illusion “power” will gone or in another words is their influence will be lost.

I already see that through the corrupt economy system where they only make rule that favour for their elite group but not for the rest.
Overall, you must have new additional bounty system which rewarding money, gold, wealth to the strength power people group if you want a better, more balance society system. The strength power people here I mean the ones who love action, love moving, love exercise.

I can only see that happen if the top secret entity that above mortal human people group take action !
