Not all banks are allowed to handle, hold the Zimbabwe ZWR exchange for new international gold-backed currency.

– All banks must sign secret agreement that “do not touch the new international gold-backed currency under all circumstance, now allow to “lend”, to “give” others”, only the real international gold-backed currency holders have power to decide the flow of their money.

– Limited number of banks in each nation/region that will handle the Zimbabwe ZWR exchange around the world to make sure “there won’t be monopoly”.

– Bank with the name of city or nation only allowed to handle in that region only
Example:
+ HSBC (Hong Kong Shangshai Corporation) only allow to handle customers in Hong Kong, Shangshai region.

+ Royal Bank Of Scotland only allowed to handle the people who live in Scotland.

Or there could be a rule that banks have headquarter in a specific city/region/nation/state only allowed to handle the exchange in that specific location only.

– All banks must keep the information of customer in private secret, if any bank “share, sell, reveal” the info of customers to any parties then they will be either “deleted, vanished” or will never allow to keep, hold any international gold-backed currency.

They are my quick thought for now, because I do not receive fair enough support and connection, and not the official entities who will handle the exchange, thus I cannot spend more time to think about it.

But in my opinions above rules, requirements are mandatory to make sure no banks, no financial group have power over others in all circumstance.
